He has been working with top teams on their development as high performing units as well as coaching senior executives for more than fifteen years, across industries including financial services, telecommunications, aviation, building & construction, manufacturing, utilities, government, NGO and FMCG, etc.
Graham’s corporate career included managing director, board member and senior executive positions in advertising and marketing. He worked for three of the world’s top advertising agencies, and serviced the world’s leading brands and services, transferring through three countries and commuting to the world’s major cities. Graham’s executive presence allows him to interact with very senior clients as their coach, mentor and facilitator. He is known for his challenging style as well as his enormous empathy.
