Thanks for considering the Bellingen Treehouse. The property is located on the north side of Bellingen and has views of the Great Dividing Range. The Treehouse is on Gumbaynggirr land.
It is called the Treehouse as it is a house in the trees! It is very quiet, with no through traffic. Pets are welcome!
The room, with the king-size bed, is at the front of the house and has a kitchenette with everything you need for an overnight or longer stay. The room, entry & veranda are completely private. It’s an excellent base for your visit to Bello!
What makes this space special is that you are surrounded by trees (up close, too) in an urban area. The bed is big and comfy with a woollen under blanket. It is a timber house and made with love. It is a great place to relax, work, sleep, read, listen, watch and eat. There is an air conditioner in the room.
For your enjoyment, there’s a very quiet living space, a TV with all of the free-to-air channels, plus Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV Plus and Apple Music.
You can also do some solid work here with fibre-to-the-premises NBN with 900 down and 100 up.
There’s a great selection of cafes, restaurants and bars in Bello. It is a 15-minute walk to town and the river. There’s also the Bellingen Providore ‘on the way home’, open 7 am to 8 pm and great for meals, snacks, treats and booze.
I am Andrew, the owner of the property. I may be on-site but in another part of the house. I will respect your space but am happy to talk at any time in person, by phone voice, by text or by email during your stay.I am pet-friendly, and my Bull Arab boy, BRocky, is here but separate from you. He is friendly, affectionate and well-behaved.
I am pet friendly, and my Bull Arab boy, Rocky, is here but separate from you. He is friendly, affectionate and well-behaved. He would like to say hello, but if you’re not a dog person, that’s ok.
The property has 24-hour access with keyless entry. During your stay, you have access to your room, the patio, the bathroom, the toilet and the washing machine. The bathroom and toilet are shared with the owner, and there’s a system in place to ensure privacy.
We acknowledge the Gumbaynggirr Peoples, the Traditional Custodians of this land, and pay our respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging.
You can check in from midday, and check-out time is 9 am but check-out up to but not beyond 11 am amy be possible depending on my schedule or that of people who help out when I am away.
I look forward to hosting you.
