I have decided to make some changes in my professional life and pursue interests back in the private sector. Thus, I have concluded my role as General Manager of Marketing and Communication at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation (GOLDOC).
It has been a great honour to have developed the marketing and communication foundations for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games and, amongst many other things, lead the development of the brand and Games Emblem which will remain fundamental to all activities in the years ahead. With these solid foundations in place, I have been contemplating a return to the private sector in 2014. I have decided to accelerate this now and not return to GOLDOC in the new year from my long planned summer holiday.
